NICHOLAS YOUNG

 

Originally from Canada and relocated to Mexico at a young age, Nick has held a senior executive role with the largest recreational tourism Company in all of Latin America for the past 15 years. He has watched the delivery of over 2500 condominiums in various locations in Mexico. His responsibilities have included: product development, sales and marketing strategies, maximizing resort occupancies, services and amenities leading to multiple 5 diamonds awards.

Nick established and currently manages the vision and objectives of the Company and has overall responsibility for acquisition, design, approvals, construction and marketing of Surfside Developments. He appreciates quality and brings a keen eye for details.

 

 

KINIA RICHARD

 

With over 20 years of industry experience, Kinia’s primary focus is providing direction to the sales and sales administration teams. She has worked with the top real estate development leaders in Vancouver B.C., such as Ledingham McAllister, Polygon Homes and Mosaic Homes. Kinia is known for helping to create quality homes and providing customers with long term value.

 

 

CORNELIO ROMERO MENDOZA

 

Cornelio is the President and founder of Dylcor  Construction company, one of the most well-known and prolific builders in the area. He holds an executive level position within the CTM Union. Born and raised in Pescadero BCS, he has witnessed first-hand the transition of small town Cerritos to one of the world’s premier vacation destinations. When the demand for upscale resorts and high-rise accommodations in the area skyrocketed, Cornelio established a company that could not only meet those needs, but one that would excel beyond the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in the industry. He studied Civil Engineer and Business Administration from La Paz University’s College. Before starting his own company, he worked on numerous construction projects where he gained experience. He also worked as a Property Manager for Pedegral in Cabo San Lucas, one of the most prestigious and finest real estate developments in the Baja California Sur. Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired both in school and in his professional career, he established DYLCOR  in 2006. Since then, the company has continued to grow and evolve into one of the largest general contracting companies in the Baja. DYLCOR’s projects can be seen across the Baja such as Desert Moon, Puesto Del SOL, Olas De Cerritos to name just a few as well as the construction of private luxury homes. They have come to define the parameters of entertainment and luxury in the area. LOURDES PORRAS FERNANDEZ

 

Originally from Mexico City, Lourdes is an experienced architect with over 20 years of working with projects of all sizes, in residential and commercial construction companies. Pursuing her passion for design and architecture, she graduated as an Architect from La Salle University in 1995. In 1998, she moved to Cabo San Lucas to start a construction company with two other partners. Furthermore, in 2006 she created

PH + P architecture firm where she is the majority shareholder.

 

Lourdes lives to design bold and inspiring spaces for clients. She believes that strategic designs start with careful listening and insight. She collaborates with SURFSIDE DEVELOPMENTS to facilitate their design concepts by balancing a clear vision as she digs deeply to find the underlying story that will make their projects unique and complete. Fusing lifestyle needs with conceptual design, she explores ideas based on how people will best be served with buildings and spaces. She approaches every project with a fresh perspective to create something different with trendsetting appeal.

 

Lourdes has had more than 200 projects developed in her career as an architect to date and is also an Active member of the College of Architects of Baja California Sur in Los Cabos.
